1. Minimum required attendance is 80% to appear in examination.
2. Fee once paid is neither refundable not adjustable in any case.
3. Student can work in lab only in their batch time. For extra time student have to take permission from the office. Student must carry extra time card and it must be shown whenever demanded by the office and their coordinator.
4. Students are responsible for careful use of components, tools, apparatus and other equipment selected by the institutions and entrusted to them for practical work and experiments and shall replace or pay for the cost of any article lost.
5. Candidate must fill up the application form in her/his own handwriting.
6. Students may not install software on lab computers. If you have a question regarding specific software that you need to use, contact the classroom and labs support team.
7. The use of tobacco products is not allowed in computer classrooms and labs.
8. Do not display or print sexually explicit graphics.
9. Remember to log out whenever you are done using any lab computer. IT zone cannot be held responsible for the protection of your data or account when you leave a computer logged in with your account.
10. The teacher facilitates learning in classrooms and students follow instructions.
11. Be punctual for all classes and have all necessary equipment.
12. Behaviors which interrupt learning or distract others are not acceptable.
13. Disciplinary action can be taken against the students in case of any misbehavior and any unavoidable cause without any per-information, students name can be removed from the institute.
14. Violation of any of the above rules may result in disciplinary action and the loss of lab privileges.
15. Student should take permission for any leave.
16. Student should inform the administration a day before changing the class time.
